Security Assistant and SA Plus are services of Security for the Cloud, LLC, under the Security for Seniors brand.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Security for Seniors, including the Security Assistant and SA Plus services. By accessing or using these services, you agree to follow these terms written in clear, plain language.

1. About Our Services

Security for Seniors provides tools and information to help you stay safe online. Security Assistant and SA Plus are AI-powered services designed to provide general cybersecurity advice and scam awareness tips.

2. Membership and Subscriptions

Some features require membership or subscription through our MemberPress system. All billing is handled securely. You may cancel anytime through your account settings.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services responsibly and not for unlawful, misleading, or harmful activities. You may not attempt to access systems without authorization or share malicious content.

4. AI Usage Disclosure

Security Assistant and SA Plus use AI to process your input and provide guidance. Responses are generated based on training data and best practices, not personal information. We do not use your private conversations for public AI training or external sharing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and trademarks belong to Security for the Cloud, LLC. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided ‘as-is’ without guarantees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SFTC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months, if applicable.

7. Termination and Updates

We may suspend or end access to our services if terms are violated. We may also update these Terms with notice posted on our website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
